This policy explains what personal information Aurastu ("we", "us") collects when you use this website, contact us or buy from us, and how we use it.
What we collect
- Details you give us: your name, phone number, email address, delivery address and anything you share about your home or order (for example photos, room sizes or drawings).
- Order and payment details: what you bought, amounts paid and delivery records. Card and UPI payments are handled by our payment partner; we do not store your card details.
- Website data: basic technical information such as browser type and pages visited. Your shopping bag is stored in your own browser, not on our servers.
How we use it
- To reply to enquiries, prepare quotes and designs, and make, deliver and install your order.
- To provide warranty and after-sales service.
- To send order updates by phone, WhatsApp or email.
- To send occasional news or offers, only if you agree. You can opt out at any time.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting requirements.
Who we share it with
Only with people who help us serve you: our workshops (for production), delivery and installation partners, payment providers, and professional advisers. We share only what each needs. We do not sell your personal information.
Customer photos
Photos of finished homes appear on this website with our customers' consent and without names or addresses. If you see a photo of your home and want it removed, contact us and we will take it down.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as the law requires and for the life of your warranty and after-sales support. Enquiries that do not become orders are deleted within 24 months.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Write to us using the details below. These rights follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no website or message service is completely secure.
