Does Aurastu deliver across Delhi NCR?
Yes. Delivery and installation are free within Delhi NCR, including Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Greater Noida, Faridabad, Ghaziabad. Outside Delhi NCR we quote delivery separately.
How long does made-to-order furniture take?
Every piece is made to order. Most shop pieces take 3–5 weeks from the advance payment (a few take 4–6 weeks; the lead time is on each product page). Bespoke pieces typically take 6–10 weeks from drawing to delivery.
Can I get furniture made to my own size or design?
Yes. Our bespoke service draws a piece for your room, samples timber, finish and fabric with you, and builds it in our workshop. The first conversation is free, and a designer calls within one working day of your enquiry. You can also ask for a custom size on any shop piece.
What wood and materials do you use?
Our pieces are made by hand from natural materials, mostly solid sheesham and mango wood, along with cane, stone, leather and fabric. Grain, colour and small marks vary from piece to piece.
How much does Aurastu furniture cost?
Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. Across the shop they range from ₹4,999 to ₹1,23,999. Sofas: ₹29,999–₹83,999; Armchairs & seating: ₹4,999–₹32,999; Coffee tables: ₹15,999–₹30,999; Side & console tables: ₹9,999–₹30,999; Dining tables & sets: ₹14,999–₹1,23,999; Beds & bedroom: ₹9,999–₹57,999; Storage: ₹9,999–₹51,999; Study desks: ₹17,999–₹37,999; Pooja units: ₹10,999.
What warranty do you give?
Every piece has a 1-year warranty from delivery against manufacturing defects in frames, joinery, structure and fitted hardware. After that, lifetime care is available: touch-ups, re-polishing, re-upholstery and repairs, at an added cost quoted before any work begins.
Can I return furniture?
Because every piece is made for you, change-of-mind returns are not accepted. Pieces damaged in transit or with manufacturing defects are repaired or replaced; please report any issue within 48 hours of delivery, with photos.
How do I order and pay?
Add pieces to your bag and send the order to us on WhatsApp (+91 92170 49906), or message us directly. An order is confirmed when the advance shown on your quote is paid; the balance is due before dispatch.
Do you do full-home interior design in Delhi NCR?
Yes. Our interiors service covers space planning, kitchens, wardrobes, joinery, furniture, lighting and soft furnishing, and site execution. You get one point of contact and a fixed, line-by-line quote before anything is built.
Do the photos show the exact piece I will get?
Photos are for reference. Some are styled or digitally edited, and natural wood, cane, stone and leather vary between pieces. Dimensions may vary by up to 2 cm.
